Since I find myself unable to post in the Introduction Thread, I have dubiously decided that I shall create my own.
I am Panda, and I've decided to make an account, because I've been vaguely watching the forum for a few months and it seems to be fairly... slow.
Perhaps there could be some way to raise the number of people coming to the site. It would help if the site were updated more often, but then again, there's not much to talk about or add, is there?

Or perhaps it's just fine as is, because the site's owner might be a bit busy at times, and due to the fact that Croc's comeback hasn't exactly even begun yet? I am trying to find the time to work on an update, though. I just don't know when that'll be. XD Welcome aboard, shadowpanda. ;D And I'll make this the new intro thread, seeing as the other one had to be locked. ^^;

This site is just WAY too obscure. I'm not even sure how I found it, though I'm sure it involved Google.
Anyway, welcome.

Why is a parkway called a parkway if you actually don't run around in grass and swing on swings?

Aloha All! My name is Tyguy. I have watched this forum for at least a year now, and I am very excited to be a part of it. I hope myself to be a good typist (I type real well, I just don't use the homerow! ) and any mistake simply passed unnoticed or I just can't spell a word correctly! I love Croc and have for the past couple of years. Ug. I wish he'd come out of retirement.

Hi! It's good to see we're still getting new members! As for mistakes, I usually just read what I've written over once before I post it.

I'd just like to post an apology to the new members regarding the account approval problem. I don't even have the forum set up for such a thing, yet it keeps putting new signups into the "Pending" pool. So, sorry it took so long to let you guys post - I had no idea there was a problem until one of the affected members e-mailed me a couple of days ago. Welcome, all of you. ;D

Hi folks! I'm Haruka, actualy I met this site a long ago but only today I had the oportunity to register. I'm from Portugal, but I'm a BIG FAN of Croc, he is my favorite video game character of all the time. I met Croc when I was 5 years old, and I have the two games for PC and Croc: Jungle Rumble for my N-Gage. (Later I will get Croc 1 and Croc 2 both for GBC from a guy and this month I will buy Croc: Pinball) I completed 100% the two games for PC and I still love playing them. I also love playing another video games and drawing (I drew Croc a lot since I meet him). The crocodiles are also my favorite animal, as I love all reptiles. I got very sad when Argonaut has gone, because I really loved there was new Croc games (Sigh)... Anyway, I hope to get well with all.

Ty the Tiger? Never heard of him. 'Ty' is quite a fitting name for a tiger, though. 'Tyguy' has sort of evolved throughout the years from one of my more embarrassing nicknames , but I think Tyguy is a cool name. That's why I registered by that name. ;D EDIT ------------ I just looked up Ty the Tiger, and is is just me, or does Ty the Tiger resemble Croc? Look up 'Kao the Kangaroo', cause that one sorta looks like Croc, too. Wikipedia referred to Kao as Croc's ''Spiritual Successor"

But Ty the Tasmanian Tiger and, especially Kao the Kangaroo, are... er... pretty awful games...

True, but that's generally why they're considered to be 'spiritual successors' of Croc. Or maybe the camera in Croc only hates me?

Looks like it. Although Croc 2's camera hated everybody.

I played the Kao 1 and 2 demos. The first one was insanely frustrating, and the second was kind of boring. Not worth it. .

I played the Kao first demo a long time ago and I have the second Kao game. But his moves and design reminds me a lot, Croc.
