I have, and I liked it better than Battle Network, but I still didn't like it too much. I prefer the platform games!

Same. It had better story and Characters but gameplay gets pretty boring for me, and enemies attack you non stop so you have to fight them. I beat the first one but I didnt beat others. Have you played PSP Remakes?

No, I haven't, and I hope I never have to. I think remakes are a horrible idea - especially ones like those that look so soulless, and which mess around with so many things. (There's also the fact that the PSP had precisely zero games of any interest to me on it - those remakes just put me off even more!)

Well to tell you the truth, comparing those remakes with what usually happenes when something is remade, they are ok. However they are definitely not the "must-have" games. Are you looking forward to new Super Smash Bros game with Mega Man?

It's the first sign of actually caring about the franchise's status that Capcom has shown in years.

EDIT: You know, this is kind of funny: Here we are on a Croc site, not talking about Croc, so I shall just add that it's just a shame that Croc won't be in it!

I am as well. I am probably gonna play as Mega Man in new SSB most of times. Capcom should really make a new game as well. And yep, it is a shame Croc won't be in it. Croc had a chance to be in PlaySatation All-Stars since he was on PS1, but sadly he was not. PlayStation All-Stars had really disappointing roster in my opinion. No wonder why SuperBot (company that made game) lost their partnership with Sony just after making 1 game.

I can actually help with this. Crocfans.net was the forum Rexhunter99 made when he became angry at Forte Wily, for both not agreeing with talk on hacking the original game, and supposedly not approving people's registrations. I joined it, but I didn't like it and subsequently didn't go back. Zane did email out the announcement that the forum was closing, and when I replied asking why, this is what he said.

Certain people had abused the download system, and started releasing some of the restricted content to the public. On top of that one of these people was abusing one of our admins, Haruka.

That was the final straw for me, I have done so much for this community and what did I get? Abuse of trust, the abuse of a friend of mine, and to publicly release the restricted content.

The community has nobody to blame but themselves.

I thought everyone left because only people who were posting for some time were Forte and me
And thanks for explaining me. I did however contacted Zane afterwards in meantime and he explained everything. One person basically did something that should never be done. I don't really want to share full details of story but let's just say what Zane said to you was pretty much true.

Also a question for Forte. Why is talk about hacking original game not allowed?

Two reasons (and they have been stated before, though they're scattered across other threads somewhere, and I don't recall where, now).

1: I never felt that tearing things to bits was in the spirit of nostalgically talking about an old game. The game is what it is. Of course, if people feel otherwise I'm sure that places exist for that - but this one was never intended for it.

2: I'm pretty sure that the posting of hacked files falls foul of both the law in my country, and ProBoards Terms & Conditions, as it would constitute copyright infringement. It never struck me as something worth risking an entire forum over.

Having read what you and Tyguy said above, I can only imagine that it unfortunately causes problems of some sort, as well. But what you and Tyguy said above is all I know at all, so I could be wrong.
