Ok, so who is your favourite character in the series?
Mine, without a doubt, has to be Croc, of course - he's honest, polite, perhaps a little naive (which isn't always a good trait to have - it could land him in trouble one day), he has a sense of justice, and doesn't give up until he's successful in doing the right thing.
In a close second is wise King Rufus, of course, since he helped to raise Croc into the decent reptile he is, and I think he's quite an expressive character. ;P

I don't know if you've read the Random Facts page on the Croc: Hero of the Gobbos site, but very early on, Croc 'was' Yoshi - he evolved from a racing game for the SNES CD add-on that was never released, and eventually became a character of his own. ^^ It does explain why he looks a little bit similar.

yes, that's why im referring to yoshi. both ppearance and by reading the random facts, a few days back.
although croc looks a bit different, he's still a reptillian creature.

Well, you can't have a series without a formidable villain, can you? ;D

I like Croc, naturally, though I like Dante as well. Oh, and Chumly and Fosley. No reason why.

My fav is Dante, because he is one of the few villains that doesn't use mechanical stuff. I think that Argonaut could have made a bigger personality.

My fav is Dante, because he is one of the few villains that doesn't use mechanical stuff. Except in Croc 2, where he commissions the Village Mashing Automaton and sends it out into the Caveman Village. XD True. But then again, I think that one of the things I like most about Dante is that he's open to interpretation. For example, we don't know exactly why he's got a vendetta against all of Gobbokind, but it does give us something to think about (though we can safely assume that the reason he dislikes Croc is because of Croc's association with the Gobbos). Perhaps he was a nice guy, once upon a time, but a group of Gobbos wronged him or something? We'll most likely never know, but I do think it's a good thing - he's many different things, to many different people.

In the Croc 1 manual, it said something along the lines of Dante dispising the Gobbos simply because they were too cute and happy. So no, I doubt he was ever a good guy. XP
