This was inspired by a reply I just wrote in the "Hibernating Forum" thread. I'm just idly curious, does anyone else have a specific naming scheme for their networked computers (and other devices that require names for easy identification on a network)? All of my devices are named after places or other elements (but never characters, so far) from Capcom's Mega Man series. (If you were expecting a Croc-themed network, I'm afraid you guessed wrong. I suppose I'm going to have to set one up, someday, aren't I?) Does anyone else have a naming scheme like this?

I usually name network devices with "proog" or "proogey" plus something specific. My wireless network is proognet, my laptop is proogtop, my phone's bluetooth name is proogeyphone, and my regular PC is simply proogey. Not as awesome as your Mega Man themed setup, but it works well enough.
